MAAHIR was born from a simple yet powerful idea: those of us who were fortunate enough to receive education and build successful careers in the UK should not forget where we came from.

Founded by a group of Hyderabadi professionals, MAAHIR (registered charity 1193120) brings together a diaspora community driven by a shared love for their heritage and a deep commitment to making a difference.

Our work spans education, cultural preservation, media, and mentorship — all aimed at uplifting families in Hyderabad while keeping our rich Deccan heritage alive for future generations.
